NOTE: May drop the Esoteric Order of Dagon Amulet (takes you to spoiler story page).
As mentioned in the story for Chapter #3, this fish is used as part of a task to complete Chapter #4 by catching this Cultish Fish to get the random drop from this fish of the Esoteric Order of Dagon amulet in order to get into the cult meeting. You will need 2 of them, one for you and one for Stu so both of you can get into the cult meeting. Note the story line mentions using the Eldritch pole since you should already have purchased that pole to complete Ch #2, but the minimum pole requirement for this fish is both poles so one could also use the Innsmouth Suit pole. However, there is no reason to purchase the second Innsmouth Suit pole at this point in the story as one does not need that pole until later in the story (Ch #7).
