Alcatraz Quests[edit]

Below is a list of the quests available for the Alcatraz.

Brain Burgers[edit]

Quest84.gif

(Difficulty: 1/10)
Undoubtedly high in protein and intelligence, this juicy burger is derived from the Brain Fish.
Pole Req: Level 10 Alcatraz

Quest specific tips: This is a fairly straight forward quest. Don't buy the add-on for the pole before starting the quest, as it will increase your chances of catching non-quest fish.
Catch Req's: 7 Glutton Fish, 6 Brain Fish, 3 Cloak and Dagger Fish, 2 Tooth Shark Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Eel Alfredo[edit]

Quest85.gif

(Difficulty: 3/10)
Homemade Italian noodles are tossed with stringy eel. Topped with a delicious buttery parmesan sauce.
Pole Req: Level 25 Alcatraz

Quest specific tips: Stay in Poseidon's Ring to finish this quest. If you have any Diet Light, use that to repel the Glutton Fish. Use Sticky Glue to attact the Slippery Eel if you have those remaining to catch. It's easier to do this quest as soon as your pole is capable of doing so, as this will prevent you from catching higher level fish which will extend the length of the quest.
Catch Req's: 8 Vacuum Fish, 7 Brain Fish, 7 Slippery Eel Fish, 2 Corkscrew Ray Fish ×1.5 when done with friend
NOTE: Quest replaced the Godfather Cubey Fish with Brain Fish during the Godfather Most Contest when it was removed from Poseidons Ring habitat.

Leafy Salad[edit]

Quest86.gif

(Difficulty: 5/10)
A large spinach salad topped with veggies and a low-fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing. A dish for healthy wranglers!
Pole Req: Level 40 Alcatraz

Quest specific tips: This quest is mostly Misty Cliffs-centric. It may be easier to start this quest when your pole is level 43 (or 41 boosted by FLC/RLC) so you catch the Smiling Porpoises and don't get whiffs.
Catch Req's: 10 Leaf Horse Fish, 9 Killer Clown Fish, 6 Smiling Porpoise Fish, 2 Slicer Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Half Shell Soup[edit]

Quest87.gif

(Difficulty: 7/10)
Wranglers must try this creamy soup derived from the Battle Turtle. A famous delicacy in the Geminisles.
Pole Req: Level 55 Alcatraz
Unlocks: Propulsion

Quest specific tips: The Chameleon Fish are more prolific in Bottomless Depths than in Misty Cliffs, so eliminate those first. Travel to Misty Cliffs to catch the Neck Shark and Battle Turtle Fish, as they can't be caught in Bottomless Depths. You will likely catch the Battle Turtle Fish as you try for the Neck Shark. The Neck Shark can be caught with Spinal Fluid, although this may be the more expensive route in the long run. The Underbite Fish may be your bottleneck fish in this quest; RLC/FLC will help. Some wranglers have used Liquid Gold to catch the Underbite, but it has been caught with RLC and time.
Catch Req's: 15 Chameleon Fish, 11 Neck Shark Fish, 4 Battle Turtle Fish, 1 Underbite Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Ink Rolls[edit]

Quest88.gif

(Difficulty: 9/10)
Traditional sushi rolls filled with raw fish, rice and spicy avocado.
Pole Req: Level 70 Alcatraz
Unlocks: Tridents

Quest specific tips: Significantly easier than the previous quest, it would be recommended to start this quest on a level 73 pole (or 71 with RLC/FLC) to avoid getting stuck on level 80 without being able to buy the next augment. It is possible to start the quest on a level 78 pole (or 76 with RLC/FLC) but wranglers may experience lots of whiffs from the level 83 Globster fish if the quest wasn't able to be completed before the pole is level 80. This is a Bottomless Depths-only quest
Catch Req's: 12 Armor Eel Fish, 10 Shock Shark Fish, 6 Shadow Squid Fish, 6 Getaway Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Crunchsters[edit]

Quest89.gif

(Difficulty: 10/10)
Finish off the evening with this delicious dessert - Deep fried Globster with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. YUMMY!
Pole Req: Level 85 Alcatraz

Rewards: 2 Liquid Gold
Quest specific tips: The Toby Richards fish may be your bottleneck fish for this quest, since it's not only a level 100 requirement to catch, it's also one of the rarer fish in the game. It may be best to wait to start until your pole is level 90, so you spend less time with whiffs and leveling up your pole.
Catch Req's: 20 Globster Fish, 9 Alligaturtle Fish, 5 Scissor Squid Fish, 1 Toby Richards Fish ×1.5 when done with friend

Geminisles[edit]

SUPER BONUS QUEST!

Blank.gif

(Difficulty: 20/10)
The Super Bonus Quest of Geminisles requires Farovian Wrangler's to catch an unholy number of the rarest fish in town! Not for beginner's.
Pole Req: Level 80 Alcatraz

Rewards: 80 FLC, 15 Deckhand Voucher, 30 Red Shark
Quest specific tips: Start off by catching the blue whales in Poseidon's Ring. After they are done, move to Misty Cliffs to catch the Underbites. Once the Underbite fish are all caught, move to Bottomless Depths to finish the quest. This quest can take up to 5,500+ casts.
Catch Req's: 48 Blue Whale Fish, 19 Underbite Fish, 5 Toby Richards Fish, 140 Chameleon Fish* x1.5 when done with friend ×1.5 when done with friend
Starting Requirements: 190,000 Gold, 15 Sticky Glue, and 8 Tooth Paste

FW Trivia - Geminisles was originally called Bottomless Depths, with the description staying the same - later the name was changed such as the rest to represent the region of the islands. It's possible this could have been the first SBQ that was tested before the first SBQs were released.
