The [[Eldritch Quests]] and [[Innsmouth Suit Quests]] from the sixth one on for each pole are multi-pole quests. They can be sacrificed (turned in) at Yuggoth temple only.

Follow the story line for [[Spoiler_EldritchIslands|The Story of Eldritch Islands Adventure]]. You will need to have caught the [[Ghatanothoa Fish]] using the wrangling meter. It is a multi-pole fish requiring pole level 110 for both poles. You can then voyage to [[Plateau of Leng]].
