The Kelpie Juice in [[Wahwahville]] and the "baby" areas can be treated as a Tarpit Stout and counts towards the Tarpit Stout use.

In June 2021, you are able to click "Chug?" or "Drink" or "Ice" from the Resources tab. The Tarpit limit was changed so that starting with the 10th bottle, the time reduced is some number of seconds below 60 seconds, with a 1% chance of getting a 1-60 minute time reduction.<ref name="post90">https://fish-wrangler.com/fishwrangler/forum/questions?id=122484&page=3  post#90 from Joe Faron "Capn' changed it for a 1% chance of a 1min-60min time reduction.
