NOTE: You can sneak onto this island without a renewed license when you are doing the tournament. Be sure to hop off the island right afterwards and do not do any other activities besides setting your poles/chums and casting your 15: no trimming/sweeping, no opening chests, no visiting shops, and no refreshing the screen by clicking on the logo.
