Use the Palm Spear to catch the Dark Medusas first at Eye of Storm, then go to Stormy Straight with the Kelp Net for Globster, switching to the Nail Fly to catch the L. Bass in Doom Island. You can use any of the three poles to finish off the Howler Fish. This quest can take up to 22,500+ casts.

Special Quests require various resources to start because BetsyLou's new boyfriend on the side is an aspiring wrangler and needs some help getting started with gold and a variety of other delightful resources!
