I've had a Level 50 Necro-Pole for weeks now, and have been fishing in Fishertonville a lot, but have not caught a Devil Ray Fish. Am I just amazingly unlucky, or do you need something other than the lvl 50 Necro-Pole?

You also need patience to catch the Devil Ray Fish I'm guessing you need the Farovian Fire works collectable
