Finish off the first 17 Awctos, and use tournaments and level boosts to continue leveling. Return around Lv 90 to finish the Bandits, and Lv 95 for the PP fish, using love chum if you don't care about missing or catching sooner. Recommended to use LG for the Dodge Croc.

If your pole level is not near max, use tournaments and level boosts along with love chum to level rapidly so you can get access to Bandits (90+), Peyote Puffer (95+), and Dodge Croc (100). [[Escaped Prisoner]] can easily be fought off, so no change in strategy for him. If you're not able to use some Lucky bonuses, you could use some LG to catch Dodge Croc.
