• Quest specific tips: The Toro Fish and the Tiger Shark Fish will be fairly easy to get and will come quickly, so you may use Fish Guts for this. You may also decide to use Red Blanket to repel the Toros after catching all the needed ones, and K9 Pheromone to repel Tiger Sharks after catching them - or even a combination of both to slightly increase your chances of catching the remaining Dr. Deceit. Use your Crazy Pill attractants to catch the remaining Scitzo Shark Fish. Then to finish the quest, use your Red Love to catch the Dr Deceit Fish if it is still left. This quest should take about 100-200 casts if using Crazy Pill attractants.

Alternatively, you may choose not to use the attractant (since they're pretty expensive) and fish normally for Scitzo Sharks. You will most likely catch the Dr Deceit before finishing the Scitzo Sharks. Switch to Generic Chum once that happens, since this is the preferred chum for the Scitzo Sharks. (The reason why using Generic Chum from the start is not advisable is due to the low catch rate of it). This quest may take 250-300 casts without using attractants.
