- Quest specific tips: The Toby Richards fish may be your bottleneck fish for this quest, since it's not only a level 100 requirement to catch, it's also one of the rarer fish in the game. It may be best to wait to start until your pole is level 90, so you spend less time with whiffs and leveling up your pole.
