Use the 24-hour 5x speed boost and 2x speed boosts, and travel to a faraway place such as [[Tragedy Reef]] or [[Plastic Island]], which will take about 4-5 minutes at boat level 1.  If you have more travel boosts, use that as well.

If you have other traveling boosts, leaving [[Stonehaven Village]] will not use that (so that leg will be slow), but going to Stonehaven Village will use it.

 

Alternatively, you can also travel between [[Tragedy Reef]]/[[Plastic Island]] and [[Freezburg Brewhaus]], which will level up the boat, and you can use the traveling boost for both directions.

Remember to [[Boats#All boats leveled|refresh your boats page]] afterwards when you've maxed out so you don't need to get anymore boat leveling boosts.
